Jay Furby
Creative Director
Jay started advertising at Saatchi & Saatchi, London, followed by Lowe Howard Spink. After stints in Singapore, ‘well one has to travel my love’, he ended up back at Saatchis, Sydney, which was followed by DDB and Arnold. He has twice been named Most Creative Person in Australasia and was lucky enough to be ranked No.9 Creative in the world, so there’s really no need to harp on about gold plated, award shaped door stops. If a client has a passion to rid the world of the mundane, then this is the man to help do it…
He hates bad ads that don’t make people do things. He was a representative rugby player and won the Surrey Beautiful Baby competition.

Paul Worboys
Managing Partner
He began his career at Ogilvy & Mather Direct in Sydney before moving to London where he worked at Rapier, Option One & GGT Direct. It was here in London in 1995 that Paul helped set up and launch one of the first internet marketing agencies in the UK, at a time when the internet was really only gaining consumer traction. After the successful sale of this agency and six years in Europe, Paul returned to Australia.
Paul also launched and built Tequila Sydney from scratch – a sister company to TBWA. Under his tenure, Tequila was highly recognised by the industry, won five Interactive Agency of the Year awards as well as picking up gongs from most award shows.
Paul then moved to Saatchi & Saatchi Australia. He sat on the Executive Board and during this period, he and his team received numerous awards including the 2008 B&T Best Digital campaign, 18 finalists and multiple gold from ADMA (the most finalists for an agency in Australia that year), a Best Mobile Advertising Webby, the Best Mobile Integration Webby, a D&AD Yellow Pencil in mobile marketing, an AIMIA Award, a Bronze Lion at Cannes and an unprecedented four wins in four categories at the 2008 Mobile Marketing Association Global Awards.
Paul joined the Sydney operation in January 2010 as its Managing Partner and works with Jay to help drive the business forward and deliver innovative creative solutions.
